Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Can We Trust It?, operated by GIK TOK LLC.
Free tier
No payment is taken for the free tier. No refund is applicable.
Paid plans
The service offers four paid plans (Lite, Standard, Pro, Business), available on monthly or yearly billing periods. Current prices are shown on the site.
7-day refund window
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, provided usage during that period does not indicate intent to abuse the refund policy. Heavy usage followed by an immediate refund request may be denied at our discretion. This applies to your first subscription only.
Overage charges
Image overage charges incurred during the refund window are non-refundable, as they reflect actual usage costs already paid to our providers.
Yearly plans
For yearly subscriptions, the 7-day refund window above applies to your first payment. After 7 days, yearly plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you may cancel future renewals at any time via the Stripe billing portal.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account page. After cancellation:
- –Monthly plans: no further charges will be made. You retain access until the end of the current billing month.
- –Yearly plans: no further charges will be made. You retain access until the end of the current billing year.
Refunds are not issued for partial months or partial years remaining after cancellation, except where the 7-day window above applies.
Refund process
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (the card or payment method on file with Stripe). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
